Spritz ICE
Preferably drink on the rocks
It’s the formula of the original Italian bitter made mainly from the pulp of bitter Sicilian oranges with their peel, combined with drops of cherries grown in the province of Treviso, Veneto; and the addition of particularly aromatic herbs of Cinchona, Gentian and Rhubarb; in asymmetric proportions that gives the unmistakable characteristic to the elegant bitter of Stelle & Fortuna. Once combined with the house’s Prosecco D.O.C. Brut, two versions of the only ICE Spritz on the world market are produced, Forte and Classic, whose main characteristic is to intensely amplify the flavors and aroma of the Bitter and Prosecco, when in contact with the sub-zero temperature of the ice; a formula developed exclusively by Stelle & Fortuna’s team of winemakers and technicians.
